Historical Aviation Auction for Western PA Warbird Military Museum that was owned and operated by Dr. Walter V. Powell. This auction begins on Saturday July 4 online and then will turn into a simulcast or a Webcast Auction on Saturday July 18 starting at 10:00 am EST. Featured items are: Collector Planes & Fuselage, Ejection Seats, Bombardier Throttle, Uniforms and A LOT MORE. The Real Estate will also be sold at Absolute Auction. The possibilities are endless for this one story cottage-style dwelling, located on 12.37 acres. Complete with fireplace, kitchen, large living area, small bedroom and a toilet room, that can be easily converted into a full bath. This secluded 12.37 acres is complete with two Morton-Like Buildings that are perfect for storage or large work areas. Make this lovely and functional setting your home, getaway or business location. We will take absentee bids for the property since it is not one of the items listed on the internet platform.

Auction Terms & Conditions You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for all purchases paid for by credit cards along with the 5% fee for using a credit card. In summary, 15% will be added to your total for all bidders. All Credit Cards will be charged by 3:00 on July 18 for online bidders who are not at the aucition!
Floor bidders will also have a 5% fee for credit card use.
If an item is not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, the buyer's credit card charges will still apply as ************ ALL online bidders are charged automatically at the end of the auction.
All items must be picked up within 10 - 14 days of the completion of the auction or the items will become the property of Bullock's Bid 'N Buy even after the items have been paid for by Credit Card.
Please Understand that you must have your items removed from the property by August 1, 2020. So make those arrangements EARLY, because the property is also being sold at auction!!! It is in your best interest to remove your items promptly from the auction site, because at the drop of the hammer it becomes your responsibilty as the owner. Bullock's Bid 'N Buy is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.

Please note that on top of the 10% buyers premium, there will be a 5% fee for using a credit card. We are using currency pay and will charge the credit card that is on file for you. Online bidders will pay by their credit card as the auction will close and all items will be paid for on July 18!!!!

Shipping charges will be determined at the end of the auction based upon your purchases. Remember only smalls will be shipped. Large Items are the responsibility of the bidder.
NOTE: if there is NO "Shipping Available" for an item..... you are solely responsible to get some type of shipping for that item. Credit Card will be charged and you need to make the arrangements with a shipping company. We will only ship those items that have "Shipping Available" noted on each item!!!

Pickup time for your items will be directly upon completion of the auction and Sunday July 19th 8:00- 11:00 AM and Monday July 20 from 9:00 AM - Noon and 5:00 - 8:00. All other pick ups will need to be scheduled by calling Darlene at 724 372-1066.
There is availability to have help for loading by James Munsch who owns Munsch Excavating. Please call 724-496-1128 and inquire about what items you are bidding on and if he can load them onto your trailer for you BEFORE YOU BID. He is working by DONATION and wants to help since he was a friend of the late Walter Powell.......... If he can not load the item, you are responsible to solve the loading problem.
